Stitched and Painted Collage

I stitched together an array of shapes, mostly in blue, which I then covered all over with a transparent yellow. There were some red sections, which turned orange, of course. I then spontaneously added some black lines. Here is where it’s at, so far. I gave it a burnt orange mat, which will probably change as the painting evolves.
