Passion Flares

This piece started as an experiment about putting my various layers of paper, felt, and fabric together.

I am not sure it is finished, or even a “keeper”, but it has certainly declared itself. I actually used fluorescent paint on this one. Hell has, indeed, frozen over.

Passion is powerful. It roars in like a comet, and the stars around it respond by re-igniting their inner flames. Everything is enhanced, amplified, heightened, when affected by this potent force.
