Denial

It’s so easy to keep walking, to keep working, to keep talking, without thought of why we do it only wanting to get through it.

But then a red tree rises before us while the stars all sing in chorus. It’s like nothing we’ve heard or seen and makes us more than we have been.

And yet, we assume we’re not enough, somehow lacking the right stuff. How much has this world been denied by those simply too afraid to try?
