Fireworks Are Impossible

Fireworks are NOT impossible. You and I both know that because we have thrilled to their explosive presence. However, they are impossible to capture effectively on a photograph.

Nevertheless, here are a few from the Celebration of Light:

I found the trails and patterns of smoke to be almost as lovely as the fireworks themselves. It was as if soft veils wrapped parts of the electrifying, metallic looking bursts of light. Gorgeous. Forty five minutes of ear-popping , eye-bursting bliss.
