Finding Direction

. Finding direction is a huge obstacle for many. It probably stems from the idea of not being enough, or doing enough, or knowing enough.

If “enough” was not an issue, one could simply rest in the assurance that things were unfolding as they should. Every path is a learning path.

Finding your one path to destiny is probably like finding your one true love ~ an over simplification that we buy into because we underestimate our own capacities. Our culture also has an obsession with exclusivity. Finding and being the best, and “one and only” thinking, reconcile quite neatly with exclusive attitudes.

But inclusivity ~ reaching out to others, spreading our love and learning around ~ are what bring joy and purpose to our lives.

Look in the mirror. …………..~ Byron Katie (Loving What Is) When you realize that every stressful moment you experience is a gift that points you to your own freedom, life becomes very kind. …………..~ Byron Katie (Loving What Is) I came to see that there was nothing to forgive, that I was the one who caused my own problems. …………..~ Byron Katie (Loving What Is)
