A Story Of Circular Infinity

.

Droplets of water are mesmerizing, like fire or the swirling movement of air. Considering the fact that we are beings made largely of water, this is to be expected. We are gazing at our origins!

Most of the human body is made up of water, H2O, with cells consisting of 65-90% water by weight. Therefore, it isn’t surprising that most of a human body’s mass is oxygen. Carbon, the basic unit for organic molecules, comes in second. 99% of the mass of the human body is made up of just six elements: oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, and phosphorus. ~ About.com

And are we not all thirsty beings? We thirst for many things, but without water we will die quite quickly. You would not know it by the way we often treat this precious commodity.

in Love With Water

When the well is dry, we know the worth of water. ……..~ Benjamin Franklin Between earth and earth’s atmosphere, the amount of water remains constant; there is never a drop more, never a drop less. This is a story of circular infinity, of a planet birthing itself. ……..~ Linda Hogan (This wonderful author is well worth investigating, for both her novels and essays.) Would that I were a dry well, and that the people tossed stones into me, for that would be easier than to be a spring of flowing water that the thirsty pass by, and from which they avoid drinking. ……..~ Khalil Gibran
