    I love making art and I love writing, but when I can put the two together, that is pure bliss. I have discovered an app called Steller, which allows me to fully indulge that blissful combination. So far, I have two books on my Steller shelf. Joanne was kind, generous and made me feel as if I was doing her a favor. I decided to share one of the digital works I included in my Steller book.     Memories Keep Surfacing

    I did another version of the collage I was working on yesterday. I gave this one a new name: As much as we want to live in the present, we can’t resist those memories that keep surfacing. I also took a photo of the reverse side (back) of the original collage, which can be used to add lines and shapes to a piece by adding it as a layer in Photoshop Elements. Because it so closely matches the lines on the front, it fits  when you add it to the collage front. Original collage ba

    Que Sera, Sera

    This is the piece that has been my wrestling partner for some time now. I wanted to use very simple shapes, and employ two layers. I also gave myself the challenge of trying to represent trees absorbing light, a concept that fascinates me and stands for the human yearning for “light” or insight. The piece is not finished yet.
