    Fireworks Are Impossible

    Fireworks are NOT impossible. You and I both know that because we have thrilled to their explosive presence. However, they are impossible to capture effectively on a photograph. Nevertheless, here are a few from the Celebration of Light: Fireworks 1 Fireworks 2 Fireworks 3 I found the trails and patterns of smoke to be almost as lovely as the fireworks themselves. It was as if soft veils wrapped parts of the electrifying, metallic looking bursts of light. Gorgeous. Forty five

    How Many Artists Have You Been?

    I am reading a book that I took out from our local library, titled The Nature of Design. It’s an excellent book, which, as the summary states, ” . . . works the same way a designer’s brain does–visually.” On page 145, a very unique house caught my attention. I looked up the credits at the back of the book and found architect Terry Brown. However, a Google search revealed that he died in a car accident in 2008.
