    Balance Is the Key

    My posts are telling me I may be overextending myself. Being “plugged in” is a joy, but it can take over your life. Balance is the key. But how do you achieve it? There are wonderful strategies: meditation, reading, having tea with friends, going for walks. I  do them all. Just not often enough.     . Last night I had a disturbing dream about water. I don’t have many dreams that affect me that way.     Fences. They protect and they hide. They can be quite decorative, or hideously ominous and imposing. Some of us feel fenced in, others think everything is greener on the other side.
