    An Artful Surprise in a Smelly Alley

    An absolute delight (besides the fireworks I witnessed in Vancouver) was discovered in a smelly alley. The alley housed a large amount of pungent trash. However, it also held a treasure of amazing art. My sister and I entered the alley, with wide eyes and our cameras poised. We awakened a homeless woman sleeping there, whose mumbled “What the f*** are you doing in MY alley?”  did not deter us. It was a public alley and the walls were too compelling.
